Vintage “Spyder” table by Ettore Sottsass for Knoll.

Ettore Sottsass is the Italian designer who founded the postmodern Memphis movement.

The round, beveled glass top rests on curved tubular steel legs in electric blue with transparent polycarbonate caps.

A unique piece, as the electric blue color is new and was made to special order.

This table is a fine example of the Italian postmodern design movement of the 1980s.

The tabletop has no chips on the edges of the glass; there are some scratches on the surface from use. A few chips in the painted finish of the legs.
