MI 806 Sideboard by Bruno Mathsson

The “MI 806” sideboard by Swedish designer and cabinetmaker Bruno Mathsson, best known for his strap-upholstered chairs such as the Pernilla armchair.
Designed in 1967, it features honey-colored ash wood resting on chrome-plated metal legs, a design element he used in other pieces.
It has two large sliding doors with integrated handles. It comes with an interior shelving system. The shelves are removable and height-adjustable.

The back is also veneered in ash. This sideboard can be placed in the center of a room and can serve as a divider between two spaces.

Top restored with eco-label varnish. Some minor old marks remain, but overall in very good vintage condition.
