Pierre Guariche Armchair for Airborne
Armchair designed by Pierre Guariche (1926–1995) for the manufacturer Airborne in the 1950s.
Fully restored by our partner upholsterer, a specialist in 20th-century furniture: HR 35 foam, thick wadding. High-end cotton/linen fabric from the French brand Casamance in storm green, inspired by the pattern and texture of tweed; the fabric features small herringbone patterns.
Removable covers by an upholsterer.
Black lacquered round steel tube frame, curved at the back of the seat. The frame is original with its patina of use.
In excellent condition. Airborne sticker present on a tube under the seat.
Lightweight and comfortable, it will fit even in the most confined spaces.
