Poul Cadovius “Room Divider” Bookcase, Cado Edition

Large floor-to-ceiling Danish teak bookcase by Poul Cadovius for Cado.

Called the “Room Divider,” it can serve as a screen or partition between two rooms but can also be placed against a wall, as shown in the photos.
The panels can be installed on either the front or back of the uprights with a simple snap-fit mechanism. The backs of the modules are black for this configuration.

A rare model due to its limited availability, featuring adjustable telescopic rods. The aesthetic is even more striking than the traditional model with wall-mounted brackets, lending the entire piece even greater elegance. With its diverse functions, this will be the most spectacular piece of furniture in your home.

Fully modular.

Some components are engraved with “Made in Denmark” on the back edge; the original instruction manual for the telescopic rods will be provided in PDF format.

The 5 solid teak uprights are telescopic to adjust to the appropriate height (from 248 to 265 cm). In the photos: The height is set to 260 cm.
