Modular walnut bookcase from the 1960s by designer Georges Frydman, published by EFA.
Georges Frydman won the René Gabriel Prize in 1966.
Four-tier set. Rare in a low height (170 cm). The metal frame is made of gray steel.
The French Midcentury “Wall Unit”.
EFA stamp on all metal uprights
Back panels lacquered in mustard, dark blue, and white.
Walnut veneer back panels.
Walnut sliding doors and glass sliding doors (not shown in the photo but available for the low-height storage section, and a glass door available on the 4th level).
Chest of drawers with 3 drawers.
All doors and drawers are removable, allowing for multiple configurations. (See photos)
Very good vintage condition. Doors and sides restored and finished with hard oil varnish.
