Teak desk by Peter Løvig Nielsen, Denmark, produced by Hedensted Mobelfabrik. Stamped “1968.”
High-end craftsmanship and exemplary finishes in the art of cabinetmaking, featuring a boomerang-shaped top, airplane-wing-style edges, and a slender base connected to the desk by turned wooden rods that terminate in brass sleeves.
Perfect ergonomics on the work surface thanks to the boomerang shape.
Three-drawer unit with one drawer secured by a key; this same key locks the drop-down door of the bar section, which features a shelf and a screen-printed mirror as a backdrop.
Representative of the elegance and refinement of Danish furniture.
The top has been restored with eco-label varnish. Very good vintage condition.
