Vintage sideboard by the Atelier de Recherches Plastiques (ARP), composed of designers Pierre Guariche, Michel Mortier, and Joseph-André Motte for the publisher Minvielle. (1954)

This model features a mahogany finish.

The best of French design in 1954, this piece embodied modernism: functionality, modularity, and clean lines.

This low sideboard is divided into three sections:

– One section with a hinged door.

-1 chest of drawers section with 3 drawers featuring dovetail joinery.

– One section with a blue laminate drop-down door on the inside, featuring a removable shelf. Key included. Lock functions properly.

The slim, square black metal base with adjustable feet serves not only as a support but also as a connecting element.

The piece has been restored with eco-label varnish. Traces of its past remain.

Overall, it is in very good vintage condition.
